Support tickets disappear into a queue
No priorities, no status, no root-cause fixes. The same incident returns every month-end.
Enterprise technology consultancy, Netherlands and Ibadan
Dynamics 365, SAP and Power BI support, reporting and optimisation for Dutch and international businesses. Netherlands-facing client leadership, a well-managed technical delivery hub in Ibadan, and pricing that makes dependable expertise sustainable.
Platforms we support
What we do
Every engagement is led by a senior consultant in the Netherlands and delivered with qualified, certified consultants at the Neurosuite Ibadan Hub. The full catalogue covers support, reporting, projects and capacity.
Second- and third-line support, root-cause fixes, release testing and monthly service reviews for Dynamics 365, NAV and SAP Business One.
Governed Power BI models, management and operational dashboards, Microsoft Fabric where it adds value, and the data-quality work behind them.
Scoped projects: NAV to Business Central, on-premises to cloud, first ERP, SAP upgrades, integrations and Power Platform automation.
Consultant assignments, subcontracted work packages and delivery partnerships for consulting firms, intermediaries and system integrators.
Common problems
These are the situations that bring most finance, operations and IT leaders to us. None of them is solved by a bigger project; each is solved by well-chosen, well-managed work on the system you have.
No priorities, no status, no root-cause fixes. The same incident returns every month-end.
Three versions of margin, reports that break after updates, operations waiting on finance for daily figures.
Spreadsheets fill the gaps the ERP should cover. Configuration drifted from the business long ago.
An unsupported NAV version, customisations nobody understands and memories of the last painful project.
Web shop, EDI and warehouse interfaces that break without alerts; orders re-keyed by hand.
A single key user or a slow partner holds all the knowledge. Small improvements wait for months.
Operating model

Engagement and remote delivery
We start with a conversation, not a contract. An assessment produces a scope you can read in ten minutes. Access and governance are set up before work begins. Delivery happens remotely inside your environment, with a senior Dutch-facing contact who stays close to your business, and a monthly review that keeps the service honest.
30 minutes on your systems, pain points and goals.
Findings, options and a written scope with acceptance criteria.
Least-privilege accounts, MFA, agreements and the communication rhythm.
Support or project work delivered remotely, tested and documented.
Knowledge transfer, documentation and monthly service reviews.
Security and access control
Working remotely in your ERP is a responsibility. Our standard controls apply to every engagement; environment-specific measures such as an EU-hosted virtual desktop are selected and configured per client and written into the agreement.
Required on every Neurosuite account used for client work.
Used where selected and configured for the engagement, so data stays in your environment.
Named accounts with the minimum roles needed, agreed with you at onboarding.
Access is logged, reviewed periodically and revoked when an assignment ends.
Work happens inside your systems; local copies are avoided or minimised and controlled.
Contracts, confidentiality and cross-border transfer safeguards agreed per engagement.
Pricing
Our delivery model lets us offer senior-led expertise at rates most Dutch SMEs find sustainable, without bargain-basement compromises on quality, security or continuity. Fees depend on scope, the skills required, urgency, service coverage and the engagement structure, so we do not publish list prices. Submit an enquiry and you receive a tailored quote or proposal with clear inclusions.
Consulting firms, intermediaries and delivery partners
Consulting firms, Microsoft and SAP partners, recruitment brokers and system integrators use Neurosuite for consultant assignments, subcontracted work packages and standing delivery partnerships. Employed and supervised consultants, clear written terms, confidentiality and non-solicitation protection, and one accountable partner in the Netherlands.
