Programme
The programme is a full-day session repeated at each venue on one of the three days: you attend one day at the venue you select. The content is the same at every venue.
What ERP consultants actually do for European businesses, which roles exist (functional, technical, data, support), what the work looks like day to day, and how the Netherlands-facing delivery model at Neurosuite works.
How trainees progress from foundation training through supervised client work to certified consultant roles at the Ibadan hub, and what is expected at each stage.
A hands-on introduction to building a report from business data, so you can judge whether data and reporting work suits you.
Attendees who want to be considered for the traineeship selection register for the aptitude test, which is the first formal selection step.

Selection
Attendance is open to everyone who meets the eligibility conditions and registers. The traineeship is different: a limited number of places awarded through a selection process. Registering interest or attending does not guarantee a place.

Once the dates and venues are confirmed you receive practical details and your allocated day and venue, based on your preference and capacity.
Join a full day at your venue, take part in the Power BI taster and, if you want to be considered for the traineeship, register for the aptitude test.
A test of reasoning, numeracy, attention to detail and written English, scheduled after the programme. Results are communicated to every candidate.
Shortlisted candidates are invited to interviews with Neurosuite consultants and leadership, covering motivation, learning ability and communication.
Successful candidates receive a written traineeship or apprenticeship contract offer. Offers are subject to the conditions below. Unsuccessful candidates are informed and may apply to future intakes.
Yes. There is no fee for registration, attendance, the certificate, the aptitude test or the selection process. Travel, meals outside what is provided at the venue, and any equipment you choose to bring are at your own cost. If anyone asks you to pay to attend or to be selected, it is not from Neurosuite; report it to info@neuronsuite.com.
No. ERP consulting needs people who understand business processes, finance, logistics and data as much as people who write code. Graduates from business, accounting, engineering, sciences and humanities are welcome. What matters in selection is reasoning ability, attention to detail, communication and willingness to learn.
No. The traineeship places are limited and awarded through the aptitude test and interviews described above. Attending gives you the information and the opportunity to enter the selection process.
It is a certificate of participation confirming that you attended a full day of the programme. It is not a professional or Microsoft certification. Trainees who join Neurosuite work towards industry certifications as part of the development pathway.

A structured programme at the Ibadan hub combining foundation training in business processes, Dynamics 365, Power BI and consulting skills with supervised work on real client engagements under senior consultants.
