IT resources and consulting partnerships

A dependable source of qualified enterprise technology capacity for organisations that deliver to their own clients: consultant assignments, subcontracted work packages and longer-term delivery partnerships, with Netherlands-facing coordination and transparent terms.

The problem we solve

Demand for Dynamics 365 and Power BI skills outstrips what most firms can staff

Consulting firms, Microsoft partners and system integrators regularly face the same constraint: a signed client project and not enough qualified consultants to deliver it. Freelance rates are high, availability is unpredictable, and offshore brokers often supply people who have never worked in a European business context.

Neurosuite offers a different model. Our consultants are employed, trained and supervised in-house at the Ibadan hub, coordinated by senior leadership in the Netherlands, and used to working within Dutch and international project governance. You get capacity you can plan around, at competitive rates, with a single accountable partner.

  • Projects delayed because a Business Central developer or Power BI consultant could not be found
  • Freelancers leaving mid-project for a better rate
  • Offshore vendors supplying unsupervised juniors with no continuity
  • Subcontracted work with unclear ownership of quality and security
  • Recruitment intermediaries unable to source niche ERP skills

Who this is for

  • Consulting firms and Microsoft or SAP partners needing additional delivery capacity
  • Recruitment brokers and intermediaries sourcing niche ERP, data and Power Platform skills for their clients
  • System integrators and delivery partners wanting to subcontract defined work packages
  • End-client organisations needing an interim consultant for a defined period

What the service covers

We provide enterprise technology resource support in three forms: individual consultant assignments (functional or technical, part-time or full-time, for a defined period), subcontracted work packages with a fixed scope and acceptance criteria, and delivery partnerships where we become a standing extension of your team with agreed capacity and onboarding.

Engagements begin with an open conversation about skills, seniority, availability, time-zone overlap, tooling and security requirements. Consultants work under your project governance where that is required, with Neurosuite retaining responsibility for supervision, quality and continuity. All contracting and invoicing is handled by Neurosuite B.V. in euros.

Activities within the service

  • Consultant assignments: Dynamics 365 functional and technical consultants, Business Central (AL) developers, Power BI and data engineers, Power Platform makers, SAP Business One consultants, application support analysts
  • Professional subcontracting of defined work packages: extensions, integrations, reports, migrations, test cycles
  • Delivery-partner relationships with standing capacity, onboarding and shared ways of working
  • White-label support desks and second-line capacity for partners
  • Engagement, skills, availability and onboarding discussions with clear written terms
  • Referral and reseller arrangements for firms that want to offer our services to their clients

Common use cases

Business Central developer for a partner project

An AL developer joins a Microsoft partner's implementation for six months, working in the partner's DevOps environment under its project lead, with Neurosuite providing supervision and continuity.

Subcontracted Power BI work package

A consulting firm hands over a scoped reporting deliverable with a KPI dictionary; Neurosuite delivers the model and reports to acceptance criteria.

Standing second line for a partner's support desk

A Dynamics partner routes second-line Business Central tickets to a Neurosuite team under a white-label arrangement with agreed response arrangements.

Niche sourcing for a recruitment intermediary

An intermediary needing an F&SCM functional consultant for a client works with Neurosuite on a transparent assignment basis rather than searching the freelance market.

Test capacity for an upgrade programme

A system integrator subcontracts regression test cycles for a multi-entity Business Central upgrade, with scripts, evidence and defect reports delivered per cycle.

Scope and delivery boundaries

  • We are not a staffing agency placing contractors on your payroll; consultants remain employed and supervised by Neurosuite
  • Assignments that require on-site presence in the Netherlands are possible only for senior Netherlands-based staff and are agreed case by case
  • Confidentiality, intellectual property and non-solicitation terms are part of every agreement
  • Rates depend on skills, seniority, duration and engagement form; we provide a tailored proposal rather than a public rate card

Frequently asked questions

How do you handle confidentiality and client ownership?

Through written agreements: your clients remain your clients, deliverables and IP belong to you or your client as agreed, and confidentiality and non-solicitation clauses protect both sides.

Can consultants work in our tools and under our project management?

Yes. Consultants work in your DevOps, ticketing and communication tools under your project lead where required. Neurosuite remains responsible for supervision, quality and replacement if needed.

What time-zone overlap can we expect?

Ibadan is on West Africa Time (UTC+1), which overlaps fully with Dutch business hours for most of the year. Standard coverage is 08:00 to 17:00 CET.

How quickly can a consultant start?

It depends on the skill set and current utilisation; we confirm availability in the proposal rather than promising generic lead times. For standing partnerships we plan capacity ahead with you.

Do you offer referral or reseller arrangements?

Yes. Firms that want to offer Neurosuite support, reporting or implementation services to their clients can discuss referral or white-label arrangements with our leadership team.

Discuss a partnership or resource requirement

Consulting firms, recruitment intermediaries and delivery partners can describe the skills, timing and engagement form they need. Our leadership team responds within two working days.
