Microsoft licence resale and related commercial services

Neurosuite holds an active authorised reseller status for Microsoft licensing. Where a support or project engagement needs Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Platform or Microsoft 365 licences, we advise on the options that fit the way you work and can supply them alongside the services, so licensing, support and projects sit with one partner. We do not push licences you do not need; the advice is driven by your scope.

Ask us about licensing options

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials, Premium and Team Members
  • Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Customer Engagement applications
  • Power BI Pro and Premium per user; Microsoft Fabric capacity
  • Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse plans
  • Licence reviews when upgrading, adding entities or consolidating partners

Client fit

Who we work with

  • Dutch SMEs and mid-market organisations with 20 to 500 ERP users, and international businesses with a similar profile
  • Logistics and supply chain, wholesale and distribution, manufacturing and professional services as priority sectors; other sectors on Dynamics 365 or SAP Business One are welcome
  • Finance, operations and IT leaders who want a dependable partner for the long run, not a one-off project
  • Consulting firms, Microsoft and SAP partners, recruitment intermediaries and system integrators needing qualified capacity

Industry use cases

Outcomes and boundaries

What you can expect, and what we will say no to

  • Stable, documented systems; faster resolution of incidents at the root cause
  • Reporting the business trusts; processes completed in the system rather than around it
  • Upgrades and projects with a written scope, test evidence and a rehearsed cutover
  • Predictable monthly cost for support and a tailored proposal for everything else
  • We do not promise savings percentages, fixed resolution times for vendor-dependent problems or generic project durations
  • We do not take on work outside confirmed delivery capability (for example, full S/4HANA implementations)
  • We do not write bespoke code where a standard feature or extension will do

Engagement options

Five ways to work with us

Every option is priced after an assessment and documented in a service description or scope statement. Visit the pricing page for the factors that drive fees.

Managed application support
A monthly arrangement with agreed response arrangements, included capacity and service reviews. Best for organisations that need dependable second- and third-line support.
Flexible support hours
A block of hours drawn down for incidents, small changes and advice, without a long commitment. Best for stable systems with occasional needs.
Fixed-scope project
An implementation, migration, integration or reporting project with a written scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and a planned timeline.
Consultant assignment
A named consultant for a defined period, working under your or your partner's project governance, with Neurosuite supervision and continuity.
Delivery partnership
Standing capacity and shared ways of working for consulting firms, intermediaries and system integrators.

Typical engagement scenarios

The situations we are usually called into

Illustrative scenarios drawn from the kinds of engagement we deliver. Named client references and project examples are shared during the proposal stage with the clients' permission.

Support takeover from a departed partner

A distributor on Business Central whose implementation partner stepped back. Assessment, knowledge transfer, managed support with priorities written around despatch and month-end.

Group reporting across five entities

A wholesale group with inconsistent Excel packs. KPI dictionary, governed Power BI model over all Business Central companies, monthly pack produced in days rather than weeks.

NAV 2016 to Business Central online

Customisation inventory, replacement by standard features and extensions, cleansed data migration with reconciliation, rehearsed cutover and hypercare.

Web shop and EDI integration made supportable

A logistics-heavy wholesaler with silent integration failures. Interfaces documented, monitoring added, exception queues introduced, re-keying eliminated.

Production planning that people trust

A manufacturer whose MRP output was ignored. Master data corrected, planning parameters tuned, performance dashboards aligned with finance.

Capacity for a consulting partner

A Microsoft partner short of Business Central developers. Two supervised consultants embedded in its DevOps process for the duration of a programme.

Talk through your ERP or reporting requirement with a senior consultant

A 30-minute discovery call is free and without obligation. We listen, ask focused questions and tell you whether and how we can help. A tailored proposal follows if you want one.
