Practical help for organisations that run Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want it to work harder: faster issue resolution, cleaner processes, sensible configuration instead of customisation, and a clear path for upgrades and extensions.
The problem we solve
Dynamics 365 implementations usually deliver a working system on go-live day. Twelve months later the picture is different: the business has changed, users have invented manual steps around the system, item and customer data has drifted, and reports no longer match what people believe is happening in operations.
Optimisation is the work of closing that gap. It is rarely one big project; it is a sequence of well-chosen improvements to configuration, workflows, data and reporting, delivered by people who understand both the platform and the business process it supports.
We support and optimise Dynamics 365 across the core business applications: Business Central for SMEs and mid-sized groups, Finance and Supply Chain Management for larger multi-entity operations, Dynamics NAV where a legacy system must be improved or prepared for migration, and Customer Engagement where qualified consultants are available for the module in question.
Work starts with a business-process assessment: how orders, purchasing, warehouse, production, projects and finance actually run, where the system is configured well and where it is being worked around. From that assessment we agree a prioritised improvement backlog and deliver it in short cycles, each with testing, documentation and handover to your key users.

Location, bin, reservation and item-tracking configuration reviewed and corrected; pick and put-away processes simplified; costing method issues resolved with a tested adjustment plan.
Production BOMs, routings, capacity and MRP parameters tuned so that planning worksheets produce usable proposals rather than noise.
Legacy NAV or on-premises modifications assessed, replaced by standard features or extensions where possible, and the remainder rebuilt as upgrade-safe AL extensions.
Purchase requisition and approval workflows, vendor collaboration and warehouse management parameters aligned with how the business actually operates.
Lead-to-order and case management processes configured with sensible views, business rules and Power Automate flows, integrated with the ERP where needed.
A 30-minute conversation about your system, pain points and goals, so we can tell you whether and how we can help.
Process walkthroughs with key users, review of configuration, customisations, integrations and data quality; findings and priorities documented.
Backlog items delivered in short cycles with sandbox testing, user acceptance and documented handover.
Improvements move into a support arrangement so they keep working through updates and business change.
Yes. Many Dutch organisations still run Business Central or NAV on-premises. We support both, and we can plan the move to Business Central online when the business case and timing are right.
It depends on the age of the version, the volume of customisation and how well current processes fit. An assessment compares the technical upgrade path with a re-implementation on standard Business Central and gives you a reasoned recommendation, not a sales pitch.
Yes. We regularly provide a second line, optimisation capacity or reporting work next to an incumbent partner. Responsibilities are documented so there is no ambiguity about who owns what.
A discovery call can usually be scheduled within a week. After the assessment and your approval of the proposal, onboarding (access, knowledge transfer) typically takes a few weeks depending on your environment. We confirm timelines in the proposal rather than promising generic lead times.
Delivery is performed by qualified in-house consultants who hold the relevant Microsoft certifications for the modules they work on, supervised by senior consultants. Certification details for the people assigned to your engagement can be provided during the proposal stage.
Request a support assessment or book a discovery call. A senior consultant will discuss your situation and tell you plainly where the quickest improvements are.
