About Neurosuite
Neurosuite is a registered IT consulting and technical services business founded in 2016. We provide senior-led Dynamics 365, SAP and Power BI support, reporting and optimisation to Dutch and international organisations, through a coordinated model that combines Netherlands-facing client leadership with a capable, well-managed technical hub in Ibadan, Nigeria.
Purpose and positioning
Mid-sized businesses depend on ERP and reporting systems as much as large enterprises do, but rarely have the budget for a large in-house application team or the attention of the big consultancies. Too often the result is a thin layer of support, a backlog of small improvements and reports nobody trusts.
Neurosuite was founded in 2016 to close that gap: dependable, senior-led enterprise technology expertise at a cost structure that works for Dutch SMEs and mid-market organisations. We specialise in remote technical expertise for ERP implementation and support, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting, integrations and SAP, and we provide qualified capacity to consulting partners.
The operating model is the heart of the company. In the Netherlands, Neurosuite B.V. manages client acquisition, commercial relationships, contracts, invoicing in euros, project governance, client communication and senior consulting and delivery. In Ibadan, the Neurosuite Ibadan Hub (Neurosuite Ltd) delivers remote enterprise technology support, application work, reporting, integrations, supervised project delivery and technical training. Both entities are incorporated and operational. Together they form one coordinated international delivery model: professional, dependable and competitively priced.
We are equally committed to the other side of that bridge: developing Nigerian technical talent into certified enterprise consultants through structured training, supervised client work and the Neurosuite Academy. Two-entity operating model
Clients contract with Neurosuite B.V. in the Netherlands and work with a senior Dutch-facing lead. Delivery capacity comes from employed, certified consultants at the Ibadan hub, supervised by that lead. Ibadan works on UTC+1, so both teams share the working day.
